- Conversations with Frank

- Power AI career mentoring conversations

- Generate tailored CVs, cover letters, and career artifacts

4. AI Processing and Your Content
Your Content is Not Used for Training
We process your content through AI services (Anthropic Claude) solely to generate responses and career artifacts for you. Your data is NOT used to train, improve, or develop AI models.
4.1 How It Works
When you chat with Frank, your message and relevant context (career profile, CV data, conversation history) are sent to our AI provider. The response is returned to you. Processing is ephemeral.
4.2 Third-Party Tools
Frank may use external services to search for jobs (Tavily) or read web pages you share. These interactions are minimal and governed by data processing agreements.

6. Data Sharing
6.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

- Service providers: Hosting, payment processing (Paddle), AI services (Anthropic) — under strict data protection agreements
- Legal requirements: When required by law or court order
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger or acquisition (with notice)
7. Your Rights
- Access all your content through the application
- Download generated CVs and documents
- Delete your career profile, conversations, and memories
- Delete your entire account
- Request a complete data export by contacting us
8. Cookies
We use minimal cookies necessary for the Service: authentication tokens and preference storage. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
9. Children's Privacy
Frank is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Data Retention
We retain data while your account is active. After deletion, active data is removed immediately. Backups are purged within 30 days.
